It has all the amenities for a short or long vacation, the apartment is air conditioned, as soon as you enter there are a small kitchenette with cooking (comfortable and efficient electric), microwave, bathroom with shower, living room with TV, from which via a spiral staircase leads to the loft, the bedroom, comfortably stretched out on the bed from which you can enjoy a unique and romantic as the great expanse of sea in the port of Syracuse. The same view can be admired from the balcony of the apartment.

The area where the apartment is located is Alpheus central island of Ortigia, and is therefore equipped with all necessary services as well as clubs, restaurants and other activities.
The proximity to the Arethusa's Fountain (50 m), the Cathedral (150 m), the Castle Maniace (40 m), the Temple of Apollo (500 m), the Bellomo Museum (150 m) and then Via Roma, Piazza Archimede, in short all the main streets of the historic center, makes the beauty of Ortigia easily be visited with a few steps.

In summer you can bathe in the city, thanks to the proximity of the two main Solarium / shores of the island: the beach of Forte Vigliena and 'Marina'.
